Cancellation Policy

Requests received later than 1-2 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.

For Digital Products

We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients. In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

Before a refund is granted, allow us to try and help solve any problem you have by opening a ticket in our support desk. Please give it 24-72 hours for our Support Team to get back to you on your support requests. We do our best to answer a lot faster to your requests.

Once we confirmed the refund request, we take 1 to 2 working days to initiate your refund. After that, you will get your complete refund on your targeted payment source from which you have made payment within 3 to 5 working days.
